About Vora
Most SEO agencies will take your money and your competitor's money.
They split their attention across a dozen businesses in the same market and call it a service.
We don't operate that way.
VORA was built on a simple premise: a business that actually does the work deserves to be found. Not buried on page three behind a competitor with better metadata. Not invisible while ads eat your budget and 94% of searchers scroll right past them.
Stephen comes from systems engineering — aerospace, defense infrastructure, fintech. He approaches search visibility the same way he approaches any complex system: find what's broken, fix it precisely, and build something that holds. Kaylynne brings the strategy and market positioning that makes sure what we build actually converts.
We don't consult. We don't hand you a checklist. We audit, rebuild, and defend your digital presence — entirely. One client per niche per territory. No divided attention. No conflict of interest.
If you provide quality service and the market hasn't recognized it yet, that's not your fault. It's a solvable problem.
We solve it.
The Founders
Stephen | CEO
My degree is in Computer Engineering. I've tested systems for defense and aerospace, built financial infrastructure that scaled to acquisition, and taught myself data science because waiting for someone to explain something has never been my approach.
If I don't know how to do something, I learn it. Code, data, tile work, painting, guitar — whatever's in front of me. I don't wait. I build.
I chose SEO because it's an engineering problem with a human element. Measurable inputs, verifiable outputs, real businesses on the other end. I bring the same standard here I brought to mission-critical systems; because your business deserves a straight answer, not a comfortable one.
I want to see people succeed. Not as a tagline. As a reason.
When I'm not working I'm snowboarding, in the gym, playing guitar, or deep in a game. I show up fully for the people I'm in it with.
Dexter & Cash | Executive Bird Watchers
Dexter | Senior Executive Bird Watcher As the 12-year-old veteran of the team, Dexter operates strictly at the executive level.
Dressed in a permanent tuxedo, he leaves the day-to-day heavy lifting to the others. He prefers to oversee the VORA command center from the highest shelf in the office, managing high-level naps and strictly monitoring the perimeter for unauthorized avian activity.
Cash | Junior Executive Bird Watcher At just 3 years old, our black cat Cash brings chaotic startup energy to the office.
While Stephen and Kaylynne are hard at work, Cash is relentlessly focused on his own daily KPIs: window saturation, aggressive laser-pointer tracking, and making sure no laptop keyboard goes un-sat-upon.
Kaylynne | COO
My background doesn't follow a straight line — and that's intentional. Integrated studies, electrical engineering, design, healthcare, performance arts, construction, aesthetics, technology. I'm a polymath by nature. I get bored once something is solved in my head.
At VORA that becomes an asset. I bridge the gap between technical strategy and the human side of business — understanding our clients' industries deeply, building a brand that means something, connecting the dots that specialists in a single discipline can't always see.
I grew up around business owners — medical practices, service trades, the kind of businesses built on local reputation and showing up every day. That proximity taught me things no classroom does. I understand EDS. I've refinished floors, built stage sets, and rewired my understanding of how things work — physically and conceptually — more times than I can count. None of it was wasted
